Fact Check: Scripted Video Of A Woman Helping Another Lady Viral As Real Incident

Recently, a video started doing rounds on social media platforms showing a girl running on the road to save herself from some drunkards who were following her. The video further shows a Muslim woman giving her own burqa to the girl and help her escape from the mob.

A Facebook user shared the video with the caption in Hindi that translates to, “Muslim girl save a life.”

FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral video and found it to be scripted.

On performing Reverse Image Search, we found a longer version of the same video uploaded 3RD EYE YouTube channel on February 9, 2022.

As per the description of the video, the channel puts out social awareness videos created for motivation and educational purposes.
