The summers are here and the heat not only affects your skin but also your lustrous mane. There are a few ways to fix your hair and maintain it from the extreme heat.
Protect hair from heat
Harmful UV rays are damaging to the hair and it is better to protect them by using hats, caps, scarves and so on.
Dehydrated and dry hair
Dry hair can be very tough to deal with and a lot of it depends on diet and food. So make sure you drink a lot of water and keep yourself hydrated. You can make it a routine to massage your scalp and hair with oil – either coconut or olive, a mix also if you want before washing them.
Dullness
This is extremely common in summers and if you want your hair to shine, there are different hair masks and packs you can use. The simplest one is mixing curd with eggs and applying to your hair before rinsing it off. Then shampoo the hair nicely and don’t forget to moisturize.
Trim
Get your hair trimmed regularly during summers as it can lead to split ends and the only fix for getting rid of split ends is to keep trimming them.
