Stairs

The most effective workout is going up and down the stairs and this can also be done at work and home alike. It is wiser to use the stairs as it helps build stamina as well.

Weights

You can use different household items as weights in case you don’t have any at home. Try using 1 ltr bottles for doing arms, biceps and triceps. Try using curtain rods or rods for doing sides and it is an old fashioned way of building your sides.

15-minute rule

Push yourself through the first 15 minutes of the workout; just do it. With a simple scientific term called dopamine and endorphins that are released in your body you will automatically continue to finish the workout.

Do it now

Stop waiting to feel motivated to work out, don’t wait for Monday, just take cheat meals or days if you have to.
