Met Gala 2019, like every year, has a huge parade of celebrities showing off their best and most avant-garde, couture looks. The theme for this year’s Met Gala was ‘Camp: Notes of Fashion’. It means irony as the word ‘Camp’ means an exaggerated version of what is natural. It refers to the time of the 60s when people wore exaggerated clothes and elaborate things like headgears and so on.
Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra also made an appearance. While Deepika wore a stunning powder pink Zac Posen gown and completed her look with huge dramatic hair and a pair of diamond earrings. She completed her life-size Barbie avatar and looked breathtaking. Her gown had a fitted bodice with a layered skirt and she wore loud eye makeup and sported burgundy lips.

She is attending Met Gala for the third time and last year she wore a gorgeous red Prabal Gurang thigh slit gown.
While the newly married couple, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas who met for the first time at the Met Gala in 2017, graced the red carpet together as husband and wife. They both dressed uniquely and stunned their fans.
Both Priyanka and Nick wore Dior this time and her gown was high on drama with gold detailing and feathers. PeeCee accessorized her look with purple drop earrings and layered pendants and silver pumps.
Nick kept his look simpler and was dressed in a white suit by Dior Men. He wore a silver shirt, a matching stole and shoes. Nick completed his look with silver ear cuffs which may turn into a trend soon.
