Aashiqui 2 fame singer Palak Muchhal files complaint against alleged stalker

Singer Palak Muchhal recently filed a case against a fan who was harassing her by allegedly stalking her. The man is a professor from Bihar and he inconsistently called and messaged her, requesting her to meet daily. Initially, the singer politely declined to meet but afterwards the messages began to be violent and abusive which led to filing a complaint by the singer.

“An FIR under Section 354 (D) (stalking) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code was registered on Wednesday by the Amboli police and the accused was arrested, ” a police officer told Mumbai Mirror.

The man had come to Mumbai just two weeks back to meet the singer. After the investigation, the police got to know that the man had harassed other celebs also getting the numbers from the same directory. Palak Muchhal is known for hit Bollywood songs like ‘Jumme Ki Raat’, ‘Photocopy’, ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, ‘Gori Tu Latth Maar’, ‘Laapata’, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ and more tracks.
