Performing a Reverse Image Search with relevant keywords, we found the official YouTube channel of Narendra Modi carrying a clip similar to the viral video, dated March 4, 2022, with a caption: “Unforgettable moments from Kashi as PM Modi enjoys a hot cup of ‘chai’ at a tea stall!”
Several news articles had covered the same incident in March 2022. According to a video news report by ANI, “Prime Minister Modi on March 4 enjoyed a cup of tea at a stall during his roadshow that was held in his Lok Sabha Constituency Varanasi.
