BSF Constable Handed Back By Pak Rangers After He Crossed Over Border Inadvertently

Abohar: A Border Security Force (BSF) constable was handed back to the border patrolling force after he inadvertently entered Pakistan’s territory after a flag meeting with Pakistani rangers on Thursday.

According to reports, the BSF constable entered the Pakistan territory “during zero line Khura checking in AOR of BOP Mauzam Base, sector Abohar of Punjab”.

A BSF official informed newswire agency ANI added that “BSF constable, who had inadvertently entered Pak territory during zero line Khura checking in AOR of BOP Mauzam base, sector Abohar, was safely handed back to the BSF during a Commandant-level Flag Meeting with Pakistan Rangers today at 1710 hrs,”.

In a similar incident recorded on December 2, a BSF officer was handed over to the country post a flag meeting between Pakistani rangers and BSF officials.
