The caption reads: This is Arunachal Pradesh Airport. When will our village be so luxurious?

Here’s the link to the above post.

FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the post, and found it to be misleading.

With a keyword search, we found media reports carrying similar visuals. According to the reports, the videos are of Terminal 2 of the Bengaluru airport, which was inaugurated recently by Prime Minister Modi.

The News Minute had uploaded the video having similar visuals, titled: “Inside T2 – Bengaluru airport’s new terminal”, on November 13, 2022.

Similar video reports had been also uploaded by NDTV, The Economic Times and CNN-News18.

CNN-News18 shared the video with the description: Inside India’s Most Beautiful Airport | New Terminal 2 of Kempegowda International Airport. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Terminal 2 of Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru  built at a cost of around ₹5,000 crore on November 11. Terminal 2 is designed as a tribute to the Garden city of Bengaluru and the passenger experience is meant to be a “walk in the garden”.”

Hence, it is clear that the viral video is from Bengaluru airport and not Arunachal Pradesh airport.
