In this video, at 24 minutes and 14 seconds, Priyanka Gandhi, while talking on the issue of unemployment in Himachal Pradesh, promises a start-up fund of ₹680 crore in case the Congress government is elected in the state. While making the same announcement, Priyanka mentions the figure of ₹680 crore. She first speaks of the ‘one and a half… six hundred eighty crores’ figure. Then immediately after correcting smiling, she speaks ₹680 crore again. She says, “A start-up fund of ₹680 crore will be created.
