Noida: Woman Seen Abusing Security Guard In Viral Video, Arrested

Noida: The Noida Police on Sunday arrested the woman who was allegedly seen misbehaving and abusing a society security personnel in a viral video.

The viral clip doing rounds on social media shows the woman using abusive language and shouting at the security guards near the gates of a residential society. She was further seen pushing one of the security guards physically.

Bharti Singh, Addl CP (HQ), confirmed that the woman in the video has been identified as Bhavya Rai. She further added that “Police registered a case based on the complaint of the security guard. Her vehicle has been brought to PS & she has been arrested.”

Soon after the incident, the security guard Anoop Kumar lodged an FIR against the woman in Sector 126 police station. She was booked under sections 153A, 323, 504, 505(2), and 506 of IPC.

Ankit Kuchhal, Society Secretary, while talking to ANI added that “The lady is a tenant and she is an advocate staying here since 3-4 months. We have contacted the owner of her flat and necessary actions by the society will be taken.”

According to reports, the incident took place on Saturday evening when the guards were on duty at the gates. The complaint filed by them added that the woman allegedly misbehaved and abused him and even threatened to kill him. He further accuses the woman to be under the influence of intoxicants.
