Blast At Kabul International Cricket Stadium, Several Injured

Kabul: A blast took place in the Kabul International Cricket Stadium during Shpageeza Cricket League T20 (domestic league match) on Friday, an official of the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) said.

As many as 4 people were injured during the incident, however, no fatalities were reported, According to an Afghanistan-based journalist, Abdulhaq Omeri, ANI reported.

Afghanistan Media portal quoted Naseeb Khan,the executive officer of the Afghanistan Cricket Board, saying that the explosion took place among cricket fans and he also added that there was no harm to the cricket staff or foreigners.

Following the explosion, a video of people taking a safe spot in panic is going viral on social media, the video is from the moments right after the explosion at the Kabul international cricket venue.
