Madhya Pradesh: 30 Students Vaccinated Against Covid-19 With Single Injection-Syringe, Probe Ordered

Sagar: In a shocking incident from Madhya Pradesh, a vaccinator used a single syringe to administer COVID-19 vaccination to 30 children at a private school.

The vaccination campaign was being carried out in Jain Higher Secondary School, Sagar, when parents witnessed the vaccinator administering vaccines to kids from the same syringe.

The district administration further suspended District Immunization Officer Shobharam Roshan on Thursday.

Jitendra Rai, Vaccinator while talking to ANI alleged that “They gave just one syringe to me for administering the vaccine jabs & I was asked to do the same. That’s why I gave vaccines to 30 children from a single syringe.”

DK Goswami, CMHO added that “We have got the complaint, and the probe is underway. Stringent action will be taken against those found guilty.”
