IPL 2022: Rajasthan Royals To Clash With Royal Challengers Bangalore

Date:

Pune: After suffering a batting collapse in the last game, Royal Challengers Bangalore will face Rajasthan Royals in the ongoing Indian Premier League at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium on Tuesday.

Royal Challengers went through their worst performance in this season of IPL as a batting unit in the last game after putting up a target of just 68 runs in the last game.

The entire top order of RCB crumbled in the hands of Sunrisers Hyderabad star performer Marco Jansen. Virat Kohli will be gearing up for the match after getting dismissed in the last game on the first delivery.

Dinesh Karthik will have to lead the middle order as RCB will be expecting runs out of his bat. The bowling department didn’t have much to defend in the last game. Harshal Patel has joined the squad and will be acing to knock some early wickets in today’s game.

Rajasthan Royals are comfortable with their current performance. Skipper Sanju Samson will be looking forward to getting a win in this game and sliding up on the points table. Jos Buttler is in form with two centuries in this season of IPL. He has the orange cap with him with 491 runs this season.

Yuzvendra Chahal is leading the charts for bowling with 18 wickets in seven matches. With both the cap holders in the same team, it will be an ultimate contest for RCB to bounce back in the contest.
