It can be seen in the picture that Acharya Balkrishna is lying on the hospital bed with oxygen support. The post also criticizes Coronil tablets which Patanjali had claimed to be a drug equipped to fight COVID-19.
The post is being shared on Facebook with a caption that reads, “रामदेव के संगने बालकृष्ण को कोरोना: जिस कोरोनिल को सरकार के मंत्रीगण कोरोना की दवा बताकर बेच रहे थे उस कोरोनिल ने अपने मालिक का ही साथ नहीं दिया. बालकृष्ण जी ऑक्सीजन ले रहे हैं एम्स में. ये मत पूछिएगा कि एम्स में उन्हें कैसे बेड मिल गया. कौन कह रहा था कि सिस्टम फेल है. ये सिस्टम है जो काम कर रहा है. सिस्टम जिनका होता है उनके लिए बेड ऑक्सीजन सब मिल जाता है. सिस्टम बालकृष्ण जैसों का है. वो आपको कोरोनिल देकर मार देंगे और खुद ऑक्सीजन के साथ बेड ले लेंगे.”l

First, we searched the web to look for any media reports stating that Acharya Balkrishna has tested positive for COVID-19 and has been admitted to AIIMS. But we could not find any media report corroborating the claim.
We also scanned through his social media pages but did not find any such announcement.
We then did a reverse image search and found the viral image published in an article dated August 24, 2019. According to the report, Balkrishna complained of chest pain and was first taken to the nearest private hospital and then shifted to ICU of AIIMS Rishikesh.
Many other media reports also covered the same news, all dated 2019.
