A message is going viral on social media that acclaimed singer Lucky Ali is no more. It is being said that he has has passed away due to COVID-19.
Sharing a picture of Lucky Ali, a Twitter user wrote, “He will be always remembered for his unique hmmm #LuckyAli #Covid.”

In response to one such viral post, actor Nafisa Ali, a close friend of Lucky Ali, took to Twitter dismissing the viral news and announced that he is healthy and fine. She also confirmed that he has not been diagnosed with Covid-19.
Nafisa wrote, “Lucky is totally well and we were chatting this afternoon. He is on his farm with his family. No Covid. In good health.”
Speaking to a leading daily, Nafisa said that Lucky Ali has not been diagnosed with Covid-19 and he is doing well in Bengaluru with his family.
She said, “I chatted with Lucky Ali two-three times today. He is fine. He does not have Covid-19. In fact, he has antibodies. He is busy planning his music and concerts. We were talking about virtual concerts happening and all such things. He is on his farm in Bengaluru and his family is there with him. I just spoke to him, everybody is fine.”
Talking to TOI, Lucky Ali himself assured that all is well and he is safe and healthy, at his Bengaluru farm along with his family. Speaking to a leading daily, Lucky said, “I’m resting in peace at home with my family and I’m praying for everyone’s safety and wellbeing.”
Hence, it is clear the claim about singer Lucky Ali’s death is fake.
