Following China’s misadventure at the Galwan Valley along the Line of Actual Control in eastern Ladakh on the night of June 15 and 16 which claimed the lives of 20 brave Indian soldiers Prime Minister Narendra Modi has issued a terse message to the Dragon.
Reminding China that sacrifices of our men in uniform will not go down in vain, PM Modi said if instigated, India has the capability of giving a befitting reply. While both sides disengaged from the site of skirmish and External Affairs Minister D S Jaishankar spoke to his Chinese counterpart for a diplomatic resolution, the Indian Army, yet to come to terms with the loss of its brave hearts, got fresh muscle to ward off Chinese aggression.

Highly placed sources have confirmed to NewsMobile that the Army has been given emergency powers to deal with complete freedom against any Chinese aggression at the disputed LAC. This assumes significance in wake of media reports suggesting that the People’s Liberation Army of China (PLA) carried out an exercise with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and towered artillery.

While China has predictably pinned the blame on India for provoking its PLA personnel at Galwan Valley leading to one of the bloodiest confrontations in decades, it will now think twice before embarking on any other provocative road map aimed at territorial expansion.
