A poster is being shared on social media with claims that it is the poster of a movie named ‘Tipu Sultan’ starring Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.

NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found that the claim is false.
We ran a search and checked all the social media accounts of SRK but did not find any announcement regarding the film. We also noticed that the film posters hold no credits.
According to IMDB, after ‘Zero’, SRK did a narration part in the TV series ‘The Forgotten Army – For Independence’ and gave his voice in ‘Koochie Koochie Hota Hai’. Apart from this, he will be seen doing a cameo in ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’.
We then put the post through Reverse Search Image and found that the poster is actually created by a fan. We found the fan-based teaser on YouTube, dated September 20, 2018.
The trailer starts with a disclaimer saying that the video is only for entertainment purposes.
The above information proves that the actor is not doing any film based on the life of Tipu Sultan. Hence, the claim is false.
