Here’s the truth behind this robot kicking the man

Date:

A video has surfaced on the internet in which a robot can be seen hitting humans.

The caption with the video read: “Robot Revenge. There is a real danger in ticking off our new Robot Overlords.”

FACT CHECK

When the team of fact checkers at NewsMobile checked the above video, we found that video is actually staged.

The robot in the viral video actually is not a machine but a human, the video is a parody on the Atlas (a robot created by Boston Dynamics known for developing mobile robots).

On putting the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search, we found the parody video is posted by Corridor, known for CGI videos.

On digging further, we also found the behind scenes video which shows that it was not an actual robot.

Hence, this proves that the robot did not hit the human.
