A unique polling station in Delhi’s Diplomatic neighbourhood

In the midsts of the presidential polls in Kazakhstan, The Embassy of Kazakhstan in New Delhi opened the polling station

“The employees of the diplomatic mission and members of their families were the first to fulfill their constitutional duty; Kazakh citizens temporarily living and working in India also voted at the polling station”, Kazakh Ambassador to India Bulat Sarsenbayev said.

According to the members of the Election Commission, the election campaign was held in a calm atmosphere, no violations has been registered during the voting.

The Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan accredited 1013 international observers, including 866 observers from nine international organizations and 147 observers from 41 foreign countries.

Among them are members of the Indian delegation Sushil Chandra and Nikhil Kumar representing the Indian Electoral Commission.
