This Minister came for the swearing in on a cycle

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Gujarat, Mansukh L Mandaviya who was inducted in the council of ministers in Prime Minister Narendra Modi government attracted many eyeballs when he arrived at the Rashtrapati Bhavan for the momentous swearing-in ceremony riding a cycle on Thursday.

47-year-old was the Minister of State in charge of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Ministry of Shipping and Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.

Mandaviya earlier had said that he has always gone to the Parliament on one and for him, it’s not a fashion to ride a cycle, but his passion.

“It is eco-friendly, it saves fuel and keeps you physically healthy,” he said.

“Narendra Modi ji and Amit Shah Ji have shown trust in me once again and invited me to be a part of this government. I am grateful to both of them,” Mandaviya was quoted expressing his gratitude towards PM Modi and Amit Shah.
