FACT CHECK

When NewsMobile team fact-checked the above post, we found that the claim is FAKE.

On putting key screengrabs of the video through Reverse Image Search, we came across a tweet on Congress’ official handle.

The video was posted on November 2, 2017 when Rahul Gandhi was the vice president of INC. He had gone to meet the people affected by the NTPC power plant explosion that occurred on 1 November 2017 at a newly commissioned 500-megawatt unit of the Feroze Gandhi Unchahar coal-fired power plant.

The above information proves that the claim is FAKE.
