From West Delhi, Mahabal Mishra will be contesting the elections on Congress ticket.

Meanwhile, the ruling BJP on Sunday who has MPs on all seven seats in Delhi released the list of Candidates for four constituencies.

This ends the speculations of Congress’ alliance with Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi.

A week ago, Congress president Rahul Gandhi slammed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for ‘making a U-turn’ on alliance talks. Gandhi had also said that Congress is willing to give up 4 of the 7 Lok Sabha seats in Delhi for AAP.

In reply, Kejriwal said that Rahul Gandhi never intended to form the alliance and Congress is only splitting anti-Modi votes in different states.
