The Karan Johar period drama is set in the 1940s and narrates a saga of eternal love. The setting, the art and design, the landscape of the film and the wide shots look masterful and much like a film from the Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s universe. The star cast looks impressive and apt to fit into a 1940s era. The cinematography by the veteran Binod Pradhan is absolutely spectacular and spellbinding, the first shot of the teaser itself sets the mood.

The much-awaited film of this year, Kalank will now release on April 17, two days earlier than the original release date.
