The weather was grey and foggy on Tuesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 14 degrees Celsius.
The low visibility also led to the delay of 24 trains of Northern Railway.

“Generally cloudy conditions with light rain and a thunderstorm are likely to commence from February 5 (Tuesday) afternoon or evening,” India Meteorological Department (IMD) bulletin.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 23 degrees Celsius.
