Jombay began Leading From Behind as a unique leadership summit that brings new conversations to the leadership development space and is back this year again with a quintessential experience.
The event will be honoured with a plethora of eclectic Speakers, 100under40 Felicitation Ceremony, Round Table Discussions, “Mind Rush” Workshops, the 40under40 Award Announcements, People Capital Index (PCI) awards, & a Closed Door Interaction of 40under40 winners with 40under40 Influencers on the 30th of January 2019, at the Lalit, Mumbai commencing from 8:30 a.m.
The Summit aims to bring the enthusiasm of the young, restless, and talented future HR leaders of India and the experience and knowledge of today’s leadership under one roof. Jombay conducted the HR 100under40 journey this year through assessments and development experience through our app iDev, via which the HR 40under40 winners were selected. The 100under40 participants and the winners of the HR 40under40 will be felicitated by their managers on the day of the Summit.
Similarly, People Capital Index (PCI) was launched last year at the Leading from Behind Summit and is inspired by the World Economic Forum’s Human Capital Index. PCI focuses on how much companies are investing in the development of their people, and aims to make people development a top agenda for corporate India.
To make sure that the data collected was unbiased, Jombay drove the anonymous PCI survey on social media. Following this, BSI conducted an audit – allowing us to announce the Top 50 PCI Winners, which will also be announced on the Summit itself.
