At least 10 people were killed in an earthquake measuring 6.4 magnitudes on the Richter Scale that rattled Indonesia’s Lombok Island on Sunday. Lombok Island is a popular tourist destination near Bali.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake had a depth of 7 kilometers.

The quake lasted for about 10 seconds and damaged dozens of single-story houses and taller buildings.

The earthquake was followed by a magnitude 5.4 aftershock in the same area, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
