Greece to England ALONE in 168 seater plane in under Rs 4000; the saga of this lucky passenger

Date:

There are blessed people, there are lucky people, then there is 28-year old Saad Jilani who very interestingly travelled from Greece to England in a 168-seater plane ALL ALONE for just £40 (Rs 3,597).

Yes, you read it right, he travelled all alone without any passenger.

It all happened when the only other person who had booked a seat in the 168-seater plane didn’t show up.

Not just he travelled alone, Saad Jilani, was greeted with the words ‘welcome to your private jet, sir’ when he boarded Corfu to Birmingham flight.

In fact, the airline crew allowed him to sit in the cockpit, and also played songs on the public address system that is used to make announcements.

The 28-year-old grinned in snaps with the pilot after staff took selfies with him and offered him his choice of the seats on the new Boeing 738.

He praised the staff as ‘amazing’ and said they were ‘very excited’ to give him the rare experience as he returned from a friend’s wedding in Greece.

“I was really excited and I got the full private jet experience,” he said. “There was food and drink if I wanted it, they let me take videos of the experience and sitting in the cockpit was brilliant as well.”
