Big B gets poetic post-hospitalization

Date:

The Big B of Bollywood turned poetic after a recent hospital stay. The veteran has penned a poem on his overnight hospital visit following a tryst with the media over it.

The 75-year-old later shared the poem on his official blog.

He also tweeted a message informing his fans of his well-being and sharing the blog link with them.

Amitabh Bachchan was briefly admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai after facing gastrointestinal problems late last week. He was later discharged on the same evening, following a thorough monitoring.

Incidentally, the trailer for his next, ‘102 Not Out’ was released the same day on Twitter. The film stars Rishi Kapoor along with him in a pivotal role.

Later, the actor also tweeted the link to his blog with the translated version.

Looks like the poetic genes inherited from his father, the much-loved poet, Harivanshrai Bachchan has rubbed-off on the most-loved actor on the Indian screen.
