The footage starts with the titular character Thor, wrapped in chains as he is suspended above a volcanic opening.
Then, Thor aka Chris Hemsworth is heard saying “Now I know what you’re thinking. How did this happen? Well, it’s a long story.”

In the clip, we are introduced to villainous Hela, played by Cate Blanchett.

The trailer comes to an end with, where the norse god is in some kind of gladiator ring to face the ultimate contender, who is his “work’ friend, The Hulk played by Mark Ruffalo which means that they are going to explore the Planet Hulk storyline from the comics.

Set to the classic tunes of Led Zeppelin’s Immigrant Song, the trailer is action packed and gets deeper into the Thor world.

Chris, 33, sports a modern buzz cut with dark hair instead of Thor’s signature shoulder-length blonde locks as seen in previous movies.

We also get a glimpse of Tom Hiddleston’s Loki, Jeff Goldblum’s Grandmaster and Valkyrie played by Tessa Thompson.

Helmed by Taika Waititi, the flick stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Mark Ruffalo, Tessa Thompson, Cate Blanchett and Jeff Goldblum.

The movie is scheduled to release on November 3.
