After the clouds played hide and seek on Tuesday evening, by midnight there were strong thunders and showers. The people of Delhi NCR heaved a sigh of relief with the sudden decline in the mercury.
On Wednesday morning, all the progress seemed lost with the temperature soaring again. After a hot afternoon, the winds shifted the gear again and by 5:45 pm it started raining heavily in Delhi-NCR.
