In a hilarious conversation between a customer and a staff member of Zomato, it started off with the customer Rahul Agnihotri who started chatting in Hindi asking the executive for something every smoker craves after midnight — cigarettes.
The success of a business heavily relies on how the staff handles bizarre demands of customers at odd hours. In the conversation Rahul wanted to connect to the restaurant and the executive tells him that the restaurant is out of reach.
After listening to this demand the executive replied like a good samaritan advised Rahul about the harmful effects of cigarette. Rahul, in turn, replied, “Thanks, bro, you have opened my eyes!” To which the executive replies, “Sister not brother :D”
