The government on Thursday announced new measures to tackle the massive cash crunch due to demonetisation. This comes with big ease to the farmers and families organising weddings from Friday onwards.
Here’s are the revised instructions:
- Farmers can withdraw 25,000 per week can be drawn separately from the loan accounts.
- Farm Traders registered with APMC can withdraw Rs 50,000.
- Farmers can withdraw Rs 25,000 using crop loan scheme.
- Crop insurance premium extended by 15 days.
- For marriages upto Rs 2.5 lakh can be withdrawn one per marriage. Self declaration that it is being fldrawn from 1 account. Card to be given.

- The account exchange of Rs 4500 is reduced to Rs 2000 once per person. Larger number of people can go and take payment.
- Central govt. including defence upto group C grade officials can draw advance salary upto Rs 10000.
