Jim Yong Kim Reappointed As President of World Bank

The World Bank on Tuesday reappointed Jim Yong Kim(an American citizen) as its President. This position has a five-year term.

The US had nominated Jim Yong Kim for a second term, he was elected as the nomination period closed without any challengers for the post. His next term begins on July 1, 2017.
