Harassment charge: AAP MLA’s sister-in-law record statement in

court New Delhi, Sep 11 (PTI) The sister-in-law of AAP MLAAmanatullah Khan, who has accused him of sexual harassment,recorded her statement in Saket court today, police said. The victim stood by the charges she has levelled againstKhan in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the CrPCin Saket court, a senior police officer said. Yesterday, the complainant had approached the Jamia Nagarpolice station alleging that Khan had put pressure on her toinvolve in sexual relationship with him, added the officer. She had also accused her husband of demanding dowry andbuilding pressure on her to get intimate with Khan, added theofficer. A case under IPC sections 354(A) (sexual harassment), 506(punishment for criminal intimidation), 509 (word, gesture oract intended to insult the modesty of a woman), 120B (criminalconspiracy) and 498A (husband or relative of husband of awoman subjecting her to cruelty) was registered against Khanand the woman’s husband.
