Proceedings of UP Vidhan Sabha now available online

Lucknow, Aug 22 (PTI) The proceedings of Uttar PradeshAssembly will now be available online. Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today launched the’multilingual intelligent search and analytics solution’ forUP Vidhan Sabha under which the digitisation of proceedings oflast 25 years has been done. "Only technology could deal with problems of corruption,governance and bring transparency," he said. He said all the proceedings of Vidhan Sabha would be madeavailable online for common man after completion ofdigitisation work. He said the state was ahead in a lot of works and askedthe media to help in changing the perception about UttarPradesh by highlighting the good works done by the government. Speaker Mata Prasad Pandey said under the first phase,digitisation of proceedings of 25 years has been done and inthe second phase there is a plan to digitise proceedings up to1952, when the first assembly was constituted.
