India beat South Africa by 108 runs in first Test

India has handsomely defeated South Africa for 108 runs in the first Test match in Mohali in the ongoing India vs South Africa Test series.

The match got over within the first three days, as wickets fell rapidly on the dust track of a pitch of Mohali. South Africa were bundled out for 109 runs, with Ravindra Jadeja ending the match with figures of 5/21. Jadeja was the pick of the Indian bowlers.

India 201 (Vijay 75, Elgar 4-22) and 200 (Pujara 77, Tahir 4-48, Harmer 4-61) beat South Africa 184 and 109 (Jadeja 5-21) by 108 runs
