Italian luxury carmaker Ferrari priced at $52 a share, the ceiling of its pricing range in an initial public offering, a banking souce said Tuesday.
The pricing suggests strong demand for the offering of 17.2 million shares, which comprises nine percent of the company and values Ferrari at about $10 billion.
