Argentina beat Ireland to take World Cup semi-final place

Juan Imhoff scored two tries as Argentina beat Ireland 43-20 on Sunday to book a place in the World Cup semi-final for only the second time.

Matias Moroni and Joaquin Tuculet also got touchdowns as Argentina resisted an Irish fightback from 17-0 down to score a clear win at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

Argentina will play the winner of Sunday’s match at Twickenham between Australia and Scotland.
