Gurgaon: How about adding a 100 crore apartment in Gurgaon to the list of things you want to buy in life?
An apartment by Raheja Developers is claimed to be ‘India’s most expensive apartment’ that comes with a private swimming pool and access to a roof-top helipad.
The company claims to have sold over 90% of units to non-resident Indians and rich businessmen.
The developer is also projecting the project as ‘tallest building in North India’ with 60 floors, while the Rs 100-crore single penthouse is on the top two floors.
Last year, Tata Housing announced a project in central Delhi with individual villas in the price of Rs 130-170 crore.
