Fly AirAsia India at Rs 600

New Delhi: Budget carrier AirAsia India is offering promotional fares from Rs 600 on advance tickets. This offer is available on bookings made till August 31 and travel period between October 26, 2014 and October 24, 2015.

Under this offer, all-in-fares from Bangalore to Chennai and Kochi are priced from Rs 600 and vice versa. For Bangalore to Goa and vice versa, the promotional fares start from Rs 900.

On Bangalore to Chandigarh and Jaipur routes, the fares start from Rs 1,900 and vice versa.

AirAsia India currently operates in the Bangalore to Kochi, Chennai, and Goa sectors. From September 5, AirAsia India will start flights from Bangalore to Jaipur and Bangalore to Chandigarh. This would be the budget carrier’s first push into north India

The low budget airline also announced offers on international flights. AirAsia international flight tickets from Cochin, Kerala to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia can be bought at Rs 2,600. While tickets from Chennai to Bangkok can be booked at Rs 3,200, Chennai-Kuala Lumpur tickets come at Rs 4,000; Bangalore to Kuala Lumpur at Rs 5,000 and Kolkata to Kuala Lumpur at Rs 4,000.

Flyers need to book their tickets within Aug 31, 2014 and can travel between Mar 1, 2015 and Oct 24, 2015, bookings of which will be accepted till August 31, 2014.

Earlier, joining the low-fare war IndiGo came up with offer which allows air travellers to buy a ticket of its domestic flight at Rs 1,887.

This is believed to be one of the strongest wars between all airlines in India. Rival company of IndiGo – SpiceJet – also had announced an impressive offer earlier. The offer, which was scheduled to end on Aug 27, was extended till Aug 28. Under the festive season offer, SpiceJet is offering all-in fares from Rs 1,888 on travel between Sept 25, 2014 and Jan 15, 2015 (both dates inclusive).

Air India – celebrating Air India Day – too joined the bandwagon war by offering tickets at Rs 100. However, the site crashed minute after the offer was launched.
