Post this, a picture has surfaced on the internet in which while getting off the plane, PM Modi can be seen greeting West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, while she can be seen holding some papers, implying that she did not respond to the greeting.

The other picture shows Odisha Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik, greeting him.

In the viral image, her hand has been circled in red, to lay emphasis on the above point.

In the video posted by news wire ANI on their YouTube channel, between 00:09 min and 00:15 min, both leaders can be seen greeting each other and they exchanged a few words as well.
