Amid the outbreak of the deadly Coronavirus, a video of a market place has surfaced on the internet and it has been claimed that the Coronavirus was originated from this market is situated in China’s Wuhan.
The caption of the video read: “*चाईना का वो मार्केट जहां से कोरोना वायरस की शुरुआत हुई। देखिए कि जहां राक्षस भी इनके खानपान मार्केट में घुसने पर घबरा जायें ..। Whuan market, China. The origin of the #Corona virus#…*”

NewsMobile fact-checked the above video and we found the claims attached to the video to be FAKE.
At the beginning of the video, a text appears which reads- ‘Pasar EXTREAM Langowan’. On putting the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search, along with with ‘Pasar EXTREAM Langowan’, we came across the same video on YouTube posted by Jerry Mewengkang dated July 19th, 2019.
On digging further, we found that Langowan is an open market in Indonesia popular for exotic food items.
In conclusion, the above information proves that the video is old and it is NOT from China’s Wuhan.
