Fact Check: This video of a bus driver being attacked is NOT related to Delhi violence

Amidst the ongoing violent clashes in Delhi over CAA, a video is doing rounds on social media in which mob can be seen attacking a bus driver.

FACT CHECK 

NewsMobile fact-checked the above video and found that it is NOT from Delhi.

We put the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image search and found a link to a news bulletin by TV9 Marathi dated Feb 18, 2020. According to the title, the incident took place in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

We ran a search using relevant keywords and found a TOI report that suggests the attack was carried out after the bus driver overtook the car on the Aurangabad-Nashik road near Hotel Amrapali and accidentally bumped a car. The report also states that 18 people have been booked in relation to the attack.

The above information proves that the viral video is not related to the riots in National Capital Delhi.
