We have to struggle a lot and we will: Priyanka Gandhi after Delhi debacle

Date:

Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday said it was a time of struggle for the party after the crushing defeat in the Delhi assembly elections.

“Whatever public does is right. This is a time of struggle for us. We have to struggle a lot. We will do,” she told reporters in Bilariaganj in Azamgarh while reacting to the Delhi poll results.

The AAP has been re-elected to power in Delhi with a landslide majority with 62 out of 70 seats. Congress failed to open its account second time in a row in the national capital and the BJP was restricted to a single digit by winning only eight seats in the 70-member Delhi assembly.
