Don’t believe this video of Indian Army launching fire on PoK; here’s the truth behind this video

A video of artillery rounds being fired is making rounds on social media and it has been claimed that it shows Indian Army firing on PoK (Pakistan-Occupied-Kashmir) on 20 October 2019.

NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found the video to be old.

On putting the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search, we found that the video is actually from Maharashtra’s Deolali’s artillery range when the Indian Army tested the BM-21 grad battery.

The video was posted by several news websites on June 29th, 2019.

Hence, the above information proves that the claim attached to the video is misleading.
