When NewsMobile fact-checked the video, we found it to be doctored.
On putting the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search, we came across the full video of the performance which was tweeted by the verified Twitter handle of CGTN on February 5th, 2019.

The video is from Spring Festival Gala 2019 in China and in the original video ‘Jai Ho’ song cannot be heard.
