FAKE.

On putting the picture through Reverse Image Search, we found an article by BBC published on October 29, 2017. In the article, it is mentioned that the woman in the picture is Savitri Devi, an admirer of Hitler and a Greek-French-Italian writer.

We also found a picture of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s wife, Emilie Schenkl in an article.

The above information proves that the claim attached to the picture is FAKE.
