Zoho Corporation acquires ePoise Systems

Zoho Corporation which is responsible for taking care of and provides a suite of SaaS applications and online productivity tools has taken over ePoise Systems.  ePoise Systems is a hiring automation product start-up and the deal took place for an undisclosed amount.

The company was founded in 2013 by Sachin Agrawal and Bishan Singh, it automates the various steps for screening candidates for specific roles in companies (including a set of assessments) leading to a video interview in an attempt to bring efficiency to the hiring process for high volume recruiters.

The CEO of Zoho, Sridhar Vembu said in a statement that the combination of his company’s footprint all over the globe along with the now added profile of ePoise in the form of product capability will add value to the customers.

“We are open to such tech-focused acquisitions. We look for whether the acquisition plays well into our existing product portfolio, and more importantly if there is a cultural fit at a team level,” he added.

“We are excited about being part of Zoho. It gives us an opportunity to make an impact at scale,” said Sachin Agrawal, CEO of ePoise.

The base of Zoho spread across the world with over 45 million users and over forty business applications in the areas of CRM, HR, Finance, Office productivity, and Customer service. The corporation launched its new version of Office Suite.
