Nike’s “Dream Crazier” ad, narrated by Serena Williams is making headlines and all for the right reasons.
The 90-second ad highlights some of the world’s best female athletes. It is narrated by 23-time Grand Slam champions, Serena Williams.
It calls out how these athletes were called ‘crazy’ for trying to achieve feats people didn’t think were suitable for women, such as running a marathon, dunking, or coaching an NBA team
Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim, the first woman to run the Boston Marathon – Katherine Switzer are among other sportswomen who are featured in the ad.
The video ends with Williams saying, “If they want to call you crazy, fine. Show them what crazy can do,” following which this text appears: “It’s only crazy until you do it. Just do it.”
