Bollywood’s eternally young actor, Shahid Kapoor turned 38 on February 25. The ‘chocolate boy turned hot shot’ has almost every girl in the country crushing over him with his good looks and irresistible dance moves.

1. Haider (2014)
Shahid did a tremendous job playing ‘Haider’, a young poet who returns to his home in Kashmir after completing his education, only too get caught up in the politics of his family and the state, which changes him as a person. He received a lot of appreciation for portraying the many shades of the character with sheer brilliance. Shahid went on to win many awards including the Filmfare Best Actor in leading role (Male) Award for his performance in Haider.
2. Udta Punjab (2016)
Shahid played the drug-addict rockstar in Udta Punjab, alongside Alia Bhatt. Although the film received backlash for its portrayal of drug problem among the youth in the state of Punjab, Shahid’s performance received great appreciation from the audiences and the critics alike. This was one of his most promising performances. The actor won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor for his role in the movie.
3. Ishq Vishq (2003)
Shahid debut as a college student in ‘Ishq Vishq’ is what made him an instant hit among the girls. The chocolate boy looks, excellent dancing skills and great acting abilities, he was a complete package and tagged as the promising newcomer. He received the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut.
